Kohlrabi

Try our fresh kohlrabi! Although it grows above the ground, it tastes a little like turnip and cabbage mixed together. You can use all parts of the kohlrabi. The stalks can be used a stirfry and soup stock, the bulb part can be used as fries, a turnip substitute, in soups, in veggie fritters, even raw in salads or with dip! If you haven’t tried this veggie yet, you’re missing out! Sold individually.
