65-85 Days. Grape-size watermelons. These tiny watermelon look-a-likes have a refreshing flavour. Their lush vines will produce masses of fruit through out the summer with a cucumber-lime taste. Ready when they are grape-sized and till firm to the touch. Easy to grow and vigorous climber or trailer. Pest and drought resistant.
Slow to bolt. Grown for its large, dark-coloured flavourful, smooth leaves, collard greens can be picked from the bottom of the stalk and this hybrid may continue to produce greens well into the fall. They have an excellent storage capability in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Use these leaves as an addition to any southern cuisine and also Portuguese soup called caldo verde.
